Job Description

E-commerce Executive, Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (work from office) We are looking for a responsible E-commerce Executive to lead our online sales operations and backend processes. The role requires understanding of warehouse, inventory, appointment with ecommerce platforms, and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for order fulfillment and generating Excle report. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, appointment taking/order processing. Coordinate with warehouse to get inventory planning, stock reconciliation, safety, and efficiency. Monitor transportation and inform warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and a smooth supply chain. Generate and maintain Excel-based sales reports and inventory reports to support data-driven decision-making. Raise and track Purchase Invoices (PI) in Tally for purchase and sales transactions. Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams for accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a relevant field. 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse/inventory management, and digital sales platforms. Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel (reporting, pivot tables, analysis). Hands-on experience in interacting with logistics and warehouse team management. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto etc.).
