E-commerce Manager, Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (work from office) We are looking for a responsible E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations and backend processes. The role requires strong operational management skills, including warehouse, inventory, appointment with ecommerce platforms, and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for efficient order fulfillment and generating analytical reports for decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, appointment taking/order processing. Oversee warehouse management—inventory planning, stock reconciliation, safety, and efficiency. Monitor and manage transportation and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and a smooth supply chain. Generate and maintain Excel-based sales reports and inventory reports to support data-driven decision-making. Raise and track Purchase Invoices (PI) in Tally for purchase and sales transactions. Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams for accurate order fulfillment. Implement process improvements across order handling, returns, and warehouse operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a relevant field. 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse/inventory management, and digital sales platforms. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel (reporting, pivot tables, analysis). Hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse team management. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto etc.).
