Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

*Key Responsibilities:*
*Online Marketplace Onboarding:* सभी major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, आदि) पर company account setup और onboarding.
*Product Shoot Coordination:* प्रोडक्ट की फोटोशूट / वीडियोशूट arrange करना और high-quality listing content तैयार करवाना.
*Product Upload & Listing:* Title, description, images, pricing, keywords डालकर सही तरीके से product upload करना.
*Order Management:* Daily order processing, packaging coordination, courier/LR handling.
*Returns & Complaints:* Returns, exchanges और customer complaints का timely solution.
*Inventory Management:* Stock tracking और platform पर quantity sync करना.
*Reports & Analysis:* Sales report, platform performance, और growth strategy share करना.
*Marketing Support:* Platform promotions, ads, and campaigns (if required).
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 1–2 years of e-commerce handling experience.
* Knowledge of online selling portals & marketplaces.
* Basic skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
* Should be detail-oriented, organized, और multitasking में comfortable.
* Product shoot & creative coordination का अनुभव हो तो added advantage.
