E-commerce Executive

We sell across leading online marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, and others. We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or interns to join our team and learn the ropes of managing e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  listing products

  on marketplaces like Amazon and Myntra (uploading product images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords).
• Help in

  optimising product listings

  for better visibility and sales.
• Monitor

  orders, returns, and cancellations

  on marketplaces and coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.
• Support in

  inventory management

  and ensure stock availability on all platforms.
• Assist in

  pricing updates, promotions, and discounts

  as per marketplace requirements.
• Learn to track and analyse

  sales reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback

  .
• Stay updated with

  marketplace guidelines and policies

  to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve queries and complaints.

Requirements:

• Fresher or recent graduate in

  any discipline

  (Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related fields preferred).
• Basic knowledge of

  MS Excel/Google Sheets

  .
• Interest in

  e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales

  .
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
