Job Description

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, order management, customer queries, online promotions, and coordination with marketplaces and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Marketplace Management:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure products are available online.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Sales & Performance:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improve listings, and increase conversions.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility online.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for online campaigns, discounts, and festive offers.
  • Optimize listings using keywords, SEO, and attractive content to improve search rankings.
  • Manage product reviews and ratings to maintain brand reputation.

Customer & Vendor Coordination:

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Communicate with platform account managers for resolving issues related to listings, payments, or compliance.

Operational Tasks:

  • Maintain documentation and reports for orders, returns, and payments.
  • Assist in uploading new SKUs and coordinating with graphic/design teams for product images and content.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and online portal dashboards.
  • Knowledge of online marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
