E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and digital catalogs.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with sales, support, and logistics teams for quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, platform performance, and operational metrics.
• Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies across the company's website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Coordinate with marketing teams to run SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using analytics tools.
• Lead the e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and optimal platform performance.
• Manage returns, COD orders, reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates.
• should have the ability to manage and expand operations on overseas marketplaces.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of order processing, product listing, inventory management, and popular e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Skilled in document filing, email communication, and record keeping.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Only local candidates from Ludhiana, Punjab will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
