About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Staff member to handle online store operations including product listing, order processing, packing, and dispatching. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and update product listings with accurate details, images, and pricing
Manage online orders from placement to delivery
Handle packing, labeling, and dispatching of customer orders
Coordinate with courier partners and track shipments
Communicate with customers regarding order updates, returns, or issues
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team
Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and basic social media support
Prepare daily reports on orders and dispatches
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to multitask
Prior experience in e-commerce operations, packing, or logistics is an advantage
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
