Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our online store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and maximizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management: Upload, update, and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and company websites.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and prevent stockouts or overselling.
Order Processing: Oversee order fulfillment, including coordination with logistics partners for timely delivery.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, complaints, and reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
SEO and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility using SEO best practices and assist in executing email, social media, and PPC campaigns.
Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to suggest new opportunities.
