E-Commerce Executive

Job Description: DSIT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our clients’ e-commerce presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, optimizing content, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth daily operations for maximum sales and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and SEO keywords Monitor pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment to maintain healthy account metrics Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to boost sales Coordinate with internal teams for stock, packaging, and order dispatch Respond to customer queries, reviews, and resolve issues promptly Analyze sales data, generate reports, and recommend strategies for growth Keep track of new trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policy changes Manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and budgets Ensure compliance with platform rules and DSIT Solutions’ standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field 1+ years of experience managing e-commerce accounts (preferably Amazon, Flipkart) Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and policies Proficient in MS Excel and e-commerce management tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance incentives Opportunities for professional growth and learning Friendly and collaborative work environment Exposure to multiple global e-commerce platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: E-commerce Executive: 2 years (Required) Location: Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
