E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, possess advanced Excel skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkar etc.). Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected on all online platforms. Monitor product performance, sales reports, and pricing strategies. Prepare and analyze reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc.) for sales tracking, stock analysis, and business insights. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, warehouse, etc.) for smooth order fulfillment. Handle order processing, return management, and customer queries related to online sales. Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and ad-hoc projects as needed. Monitor competitor activity and recommend pricing or listing strategy adjustments. Maintain accurate records of listings, orders, returns, and platform compliance. Stay updated with the latest features and policy changes of various e-commerce platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including Pivot Tables, Formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Charts, Data Cleaning, and Report Automation. Good understanding of major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of product photography, content optimization, and SEO for product listings is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in managing seller accounts on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. Experience with tools like Zoho Inventory, Tally, or ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
