Location: Pune (Work From Office)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (E-commerce)

Arth Life is a growing kids clothing brand offering stylish, comfortable, and high-quality apparel. We are expanding our online presence across major e-commerce platforms and looking for a skilled E-commerce Executive to support our marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, FirstCry, Ajio, etc.
• Handle product listing creation, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory tracking on marketplaces.
• Monitor orders, returns, exchanges, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Optimize product visibility by improving content, keywords, and marketplace SEO.
• Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, pricing trends, stock availability, and promotions.
• Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements on marketplaces.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, creatives, and marketing materials.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve any account-related issues.
• Work closely with management to plan growth strategies and category expansion.
• Maintain and update a Shopify website (if needed), so strong Shopify handling skills are required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion or kids apparel.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of Shopify (website updates, product upload, basic management).
• Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and seller panels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
