Eligibility Criteria : Undergraduates/Graduates Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply Versant Level 4 Strong verbal communication skills required Ability to multitask in both voice and non-voice processes Job Details : Salary : 2.24 LPA (In-hand: 13,000 - 13,500) Shift Timings for Males : 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (No transport provided) Shift Timings for Females : Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (No transport provided) Work Schedule : 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off Key Responsibilities : Provide voice and blended support to customers, ensuring excellent service and resolution of inquiries Respond to customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner Maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers through various communication channels Requirements Good Communication skills Handle customer queries/request/complaints over calls/chats/email Providing correct resolution and right response to customers, positively and professionally. Flexible to work in shifts.
