Location: Noida Sector 62
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays off)
Join Time: Immediate to 15 Days Max

Company Overview:

We are a growing organization in the e-commerce space, looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of online marketplaces, catalog management, performance analytics, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory across channels.
• Optimize product listings using SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, sales trends, return rates, etc.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure timely onboarding of new SKUs and category expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and their seller panels.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards
