E-Commerce Store Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on Josya’s website. Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are updated for an engaging shopping experience. Implement strategies for improving website conversion rates and user engagement. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for improvements. Marketplace Management (Myntra, Nayka etc.): Create, manage, and optimize Josya’s product listings across multiple marketplaces. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices. Coordinate inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms to maximize sales. Monitor seller account health, feedback, and reviews to maintain high ratings. Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries in coordination with customer support. Order & Inventory Management: Process and track orders across platforms, ensuring timely fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient shipping and delivery. Maintain optimal stock levels, manage restocking, and prevent overselling. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO, paid ads, and promotional campaigns. Plan and execute discount strategies, coupon codes, and seasonal promotions. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve product performance and pricing strategies. Optimize ad spend on marketplaces through PPC campaigns and sponsored ads. Customer Service & Engagement: Address customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly. Improve customer experience by managing responses, feedback, and ratings. Work on strategies to enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases. Reports & Analytics: Track daily sales, order trends, and customer insights. Generate reports on performance metrics and recommend improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to optimize e-commerce strategies.
