E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our expanding online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with at least one other US-based marketplace such as Walmart, eBay, Etsy, or Wayfair. This role involves managing day-to-day marketplace activities, optimizing product listings, handling orders, and supporting advertising efforts to drive sales and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Amazon and other marketplaces
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
• Process FBA/FBM orders, including shipment creation and tracking
• Generate performance reports (sales, traffic, advertising metrics)
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and return requests
• Assist in running basic PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce (Amazon experience is mandatory)
• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center, eBay Seller Hub, Etsy, or Wayfair preferred
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central tools and workflows
• Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and PPC campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp
• Understanding of FBA reimbursements, returns, and reconciliation processes

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a half-day)
• Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month based on experience
• Work Mode: In-person
