Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Executive to support our Amazon operations and contribute to multi-marketplace growth. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in Amazon Seller Central who is ready to take ownership with guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations on Amazon Seller Central
Create and update product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords)
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and competitor activity
Support order processing, shipment creation, and tracking for FBA/FBM
Generate reports on sales performance and advertising metrics
Respond to customer queries, reviews, and return requests
Help run Sponsored Product ads and coordinate promotional activities
Collaborate with internal teams for product content and pricing updates
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce (Amazon experience required)
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools (listing, inventory, reports, FBA/FBM workflows)
Understanding of advertising campaigns on Amazon
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
