You will work closely with cross-functional teams; including Digital marketing & operational Team, to create tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the clients' needs and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable partnerships.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and market trends.
• Stay current with e-commerce industry developments and competitor strategies to inform account management practices.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of online retail and e-commerce business models and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in using leading Sale enhances software and data analytics tools to track account performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹10,581.47 - ₹43,806.36 per month
