E-Commerce Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Urgent Requirement for Amazon/ Meesho/ Jiomart / Flipkart e-commerce seller AC Management.
• Advertisement creation in the seller portal or accounts.
• Deal and Promotion creation in the E-commerce portal.
• Business Report Analytics in the seller portal.
• Strong customer Relationship management in calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Consulting with clients to determine their advertising needs and preferences.
• Profit and loss calculation for the e-commerce Portal.
• Discussing ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.
• Set competitive pricing and develop promotional strategies to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Stock inventory management

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any stream At least
• 1 year of experience in E-commerce seller account management as an e-commerce manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing online stores and driving e-commerce sales.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and online marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Only Located in Jaipur.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, CRM, Call, Email, and WhatsApp.
