We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Central. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed at least three end-to-end projects from planning and estimation through execution and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Own project delivery lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage client expectations throughout the project
Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, and integration specialists
Ensure adherence to Microsoft Sure Step or Agile methodologies and compliance with quality standards
Monitor project KPIs, manage escalations, and provide regular status updates to leadership
Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal preparation
