Job Purpose
The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute the activities of multiple infrastructure and operations projects while delivering on-time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.The Project Manager acts as a central hub for any request from business in regards to the initiative of types mentioned previously. The project manager will ensure smooth coordination within various teams in Group IT in order to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines and cost.The Project Manager works closely with various internal teams such as Demand Management, Computing, Network or Cloud in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Job Content (List Deliverables, Performance Measures and Main Tasks)Run projects, prepare project plan and provide MIS reports to PMO officeLiaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team membersManage & mitigate project issues and risksManage project resources and teamManage project board and stakeholdersEnsure availability of resources, meeting of timelines and other project detailsEnsure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectivesIdentify continuous improvement opportunitiesPerform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clientsServe as highest project internal escalation levelTake appropriate actions if deadlines, quality or budget are significantly at riskBuild and develop a high performing project team in order to deliver project results as per the business case
