Project Manager

WORK EXPERIENCE

Overall 7+ years of experience in Project management and Production support
Experience in managing/developing/ implementing large scale projects.

Role Details:

Driving key Business initiatives and Projects from FRM
Ensures smooth functioning of Falcon
Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects and timely delivery and implementation
Ability to design SIT test cases as per Functional specification document
Manage UAT, Application security testing cycle, vulnerability assessment and Internal & External Audit
Responsible to end to end Change and Release management process
Ability to work independently with self-driven attitude towards driving projects and BAU tasks for the team
Provide production support and ensure there will not be any application downtime

Experience in managing Fraud Risk Management solution for payment channels
Knowledge of FRM solution and industry best practices on solution implementation along with understanding of different types of fraud, Transactions channels, Rules and data elements
Hands on to Oracle queries /Linux and Unix commands
Understanding of application architecture, integration logics and connectivity between the systems
Technical understanding and familiar with API's
Experience in Cards & Payment Solutions.
Leverage problem solving and analytical skills to address business and technical issues
Expertise in BA, BSA, Application (AO) role
Expertise in production support and technical issue resolution
