Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage complex IAM projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Europe and Asia.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic guidance and solutions tailored to client needs.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IAM domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Drive growth by expanding the company's footprint in international markets, particularly Europe and Asia.

Identity and Access Management Expertise:

• Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in IAM solutions.
• Preferred experience with technologies such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Ping, Saviynt, and CyberArk.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of IAM systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions.

People Management and Enablement:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Act as a trusted leader who prioritizes empathy and builds strong relationships with team members.
• Enable team members to achieve their professional goals through coaching, development programs, and a supportive leadership style.
• Create a culture of trust and reliability, ensuring employees feel valued and empowered.

Communication and Presentation:

• Deliver impactful presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Represent the company at international conferences and events.

Domain Expertise:

• Preferred experience in Banking and Insurance, Automotive, Industrial sectors, and IT Service Management.
• Collaborate with industry-specific teams to ensure alignment with sector-specific requirements.

International Experience:

• Utilize extensive experience in working across Europe and Asia to navigate cultural and business nuances.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IAM, project management, and business development.
• Proven track record of managing international projects and teams.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Empathy and the ability to build trust within teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at higher management levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster collegial relationships.
