Work Location - Remote Experience - 8+ yrs Designation - One ID Lead Aujas / NuSummit (Formerly NSEIT) is looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in One Identity Manager (OneIM) development and operations. The role involves implementing and configuring OneIM based on client requirements, as well as designing and developing custom workflows using One Identity tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize One Identity Manager (OneIM) is Mandatory Implement and configure OneIM in line with client-specific requirements . Design and develop custom workflows using One Identity Manager client tools. Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes , access policies, and roles within the environment. Provide L3-level support for operational issues, including: Managing and troubleshooting jobs in the OneIM job queue . Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for failed or frozen jobs. Knowledge of scripting language is required like C#, Dot Net/PowerShell. Experience in SQL is required

Role & responsibilities 1. One Identity Implementation & Customization Develop, configure, and customize One Identity by Quest solutions based on business needs. Data Management & Automation Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage data efficiently within the One Identity platform. Leverage VB.NET and C# to create custom functionalities and streamline workflows. 3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide ongoing technical support and resolve system issues. Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and debug software to ensure high-quality delivery. 4. Documentation & Process Management Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development, configuration, and operational procedures. Work cross-functionally to streamline implementations and establish best practices. 5. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with international teams, particularly in Europe and India, to deliver integrated IAM solutions. Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable technical solutions. Preferred candidate profile One Identity by Quest: Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and developing solutions. SQL: Strong proficiency in writing, optimizing, and managing SQL queries. VB.NET & C#: Hands-on experience in custom development and platform extension. Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) to interact effectively with global teams. International Experience: Experience working with German organizations is a plus. Optional/Preferred Skills Angular: Experience with Angular is a plus and may be used to build additional functionality. Key Requirements - Responsibilities: 1-4 years of experience in support, customization, configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products Experience in working on any two IAM engagements providing application support. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the system within agreed service levels. Should have experience on One Identity requirement gathering, design and implementation. Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements including requirements gathering, analysis, design development, testing deployment and application support (One Identity/other IAM) Experience in technologies, such as VB.net, LDAP, AD and SQL. Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere WebLogic, JBoss and Apache) Experience in development configuration of standard custom IAM integrations using VB.net. Experience in hands on development, estimations, sizing and custom IAM integrations. Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with SDLC process. Ability to create plan and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies. Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies. Contribute to eminence activities, such as automating manual tasks performed by One Identity Administration team. Experience: • 6 or more years in Enterprise IT with core focus on IAM Technologies line One Identity or similar IAM tools. Qualifications: 1. Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field 2. Certification in security domain like CISSP, CISM etc is a plus. 3. Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure, AWS is an advantage. 4. Microsoft certifications on designing infra solutions, administering, and managing server and cloud infra is an advantage. 5. Understanding of Agile and similar industry standards. Experience in IAM solutions with strong knowledge of IAM concepts and understanding of security, risks,and governance.

Required IAM Developer (5-8 Yrs) with hands on experience in Quest/One Identity Manager implementation. Skill Sets: Quest/ One Identity Manager real time implementation Experience.
