Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with hands-on sales expertise and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to reach sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key market segments to pursue.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage CRM data and ensure accurate reporting of sales activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies. Proficient in CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2C Sales.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing territory or revenue.
