Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at Radisson Blu. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Opera software and be able to manage daily operations efficiently.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize resources and minimize waste.
Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the Front Office team to achieve sales targets and promote the hotel's brand.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, including customer service standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Opera software and its applications in hotel management.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
