Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of hotel operations and performance metrics.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
