Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Implement effective strategies to improve hotel performance and revenue.
Maintain accurate records and reports on hotel operations and guest feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve issues efficiently.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
