Duty Manager

You will be responsible for handling customer and employee issues, overseeing operations to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency, and ensuring that security and safety regulations are met. Additionally, you will be keeping track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, working with management to assess and improve processes and policies, and monitoring revenue and cash flow. Your role will also involve enforcing company policies, training new hires, addressing employee complaints or performance issues, and regularly checking in with employees to determine satisfaction. You will be scheduling shifts, helping management create the department's budget, addressing customer issues and complaints, scheduling regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities, and overseeing the security of the facility. It will be important for you to meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues. - 2 years of experience in Retail is required - Work location will be in person The job types available are Full-time and Permanent.
