Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Haridwar for a Duty Manager at Bhagirathi By Atishay. The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences, managing on-duty staff, and addressing guest queries and concerns. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to maintain service standards, resolving guest issues promptly, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Experience in hospitality operations, guest services, and managing resources effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach Ability to handle conflict resolution and ensure guest satisfaction Proficiency in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel management software and tools is highly regarded Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Prior work experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
