Duty Manager

As a Guest Relations Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and assisting guests, addressing their inquiries effectively, ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay, and promptly resolving any complaints they might have. Your daily tasks will also involve collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional service, maintaining accurate guest records, and actively promoting and upselling our hotel services. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, along with excellent Communication abilities. Prior experience in Receptionist Duties is highly preferred, and having Sales and promotional skills will be advantageous. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in handling various guest-related situations effectively. Additionally, you should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests. While experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field would be considered a valuable asset in this role.
