Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Duties include handling guest complaints, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and assisting in budget management. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for scheduling, training staff, and maintaining inventory levels.
