Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient room preparation and check-in processes.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and reports.

Job Requirements
