Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development using .NET technologies and a working knowledge of modern front-end development practices. This role offers significant learning opportunities and a clear growth path toward becoming a senior full-stack engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET MVC/Core and C#.

Design and develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and database components.

Hands-on experience with SQL Server (including writing stored procedures, views, DML, DDL, and normalization concepts).

Work with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and preferably a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue is a plus).

Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Debug and troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with teams for resolution.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security best practices.

Analytical & Problem Solving

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Demonstrate strong debugging and logical reasoning skills.

Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with source control tools like Git.

Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
