Apply Only Immediate Joiner Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Developer with 2-3 years of experience in developing and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET, both WebForms and ASP.NET Core, as well as client-side technologies like JavaScript and JQuery, and backend skills in MS SQL. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Maintain Applications: Create and manage web applications using ASP.NET WebForms and ASP.NET Core, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and perform well. - Client-Side Development: Implement and enhance application front-ends using JavaScript and JQuery to create engaging and interactive user interfaces. - Database Management: Work with MS SQL for database design, stored procedures, and query optimization to ensure efficient data management. - Reporting: Design and integrate Crystal Reports and RDLC Reports into applications for data visualization and reporting needs. - Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high standards of code quality and functionality. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the product, design, and QA teams to understand requirements, participate in planning, and deliver solutions that align with project goals and timelines. - Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot, optimize, and update existing applications as needed to ensure a smooth user experience and address any issues promptly. - Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development, deployment, and maintenance processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET development. Technical Skills: - ASP.NET: Proficiency in ASP.NET WebForms and ASP.NET Core. - Client-Side: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS. - Databases: Expertise in MS SQL, including stored procedures, queries, and performance optimization. - Reporting Tools: Experience with Crystal Reports and RDLC Reports for data presentation. - Software Development: Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and development best practices, including Agile methodologies. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and performance. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus. - Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
