Position: IT Recruiter (Domestic)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Effectively work with

  VMS (Vendor Management Systems)

  and

  MSP (Managed Service Providers)

  .
• Source and screen candidates using various platforms, including

  Naukri

  and

  Monster

  .
• Understand detailed job descriptions to ensure accurate candidate matching.

• Independently handle recruitment assignments

  as an individual contributor.
• Drive

  contract staffing

  (Contract/C2H) hiring mandates.
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain talent pools.
• Conduct effective

  negotiations

  with candidates and ensure smooth closures.
• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant recruitment experience

  with a focus on IT hiring.
• Proven expertise in

  contract staffing

  and hiring models (Contract/C2H).
• Strong understanding of

  IT skills and technologies

  .
• Familiarity with

  job boards

  (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent

  communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  .
• Preferred prior experience with

  tier-1 clients

  (e.g., Deloitte, Salesforce, DXC, HP, EY,PWC,Accenture, JPMC) or leading staffing companies (e.g., Collabera, Magna, NTT, Infosys).
