Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for contract staffing (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen profiles, conduct initial evaluation calls, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, interview updates, and feedback.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and high-demand skills.
Negotiate salaries, share offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Track daily progress, maintain MIS, and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills

1 to 5 years of proven experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
and
Contract Staffing
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience working with
CTS/Cognizant
requirements is a strong advantage.

Qualification

Any graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
