Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective passenger support services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, airports, and travel agencies.
  • Provide expert guidance on passenger support operations, including ticketing, baggage handling, and flight disruptions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Train and support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the IT Service & Consulting industry, particularly in passenger support services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards related to passenger support.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
