Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement passenger support services.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in passenger support service domains, including operations and customer service.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of passenger support service principles and practices.
  • Experience working in the IT Service & Consulting industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
