Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement passenger support services.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in passenger support service domains, including operations and customer service.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the IT Service & Consulting industry, particularly in passenger support services.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
