Responsibilities:

Quality Control Specialist

You will collaborate with validators, risk governance, and offshore teams to maintain the highest standards in documentation and reporting, while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous

  Quality Control reviews

  of Model Validation Reports, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Identify and document

  gaps or inconsistencies

  , drive their resolution, and verify remediations before final publication.
• Ensure reports are

  audit-ready

  and withstand scrutiny from internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Partner with

  model validators and governance teams

  to close outstanding issues and improve documentation quality.
• Participate in identifying

  efficiencies, automation opportunities,

  or process enhancements across the validation lifecycle.
• Support

  cross-functional initiatives

  or special projects related to model risk documentation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years

  of relevant experience in financial services, risk management, or quality control functions.
• Hands-on experience in any of the following areas:

• Model Risk Management

  , Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk

• Risk & Control Assessments

  , Internal Control, or Regulatory Supervision
• Strong

  verbal and written communication

  skills; ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Familiarity with US model risk regulatory frameworks such as

  OCC 2011-12, SR 11-7

  (preferred).
• Prior experience working with

  offshore or global teams

  is a plus.
• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
