As a Document Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create, revise, and store various documents, such as technical manuals, user guides, internal procedures, and regulatory documents. You will be expected to maintain a structured system for document storage and retrieval, ensuring easy access for authorized personnel. Implementing and maintaining document control procedures, including version control and access permissions, will be crucial to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create, revise, and store various documents, including technical manuals, user guides, internal procedures, and regulatory documents. - Maintain a structured system for document storage and retrieval, ensuring easy access to authorized personnel. - Implement and maintain document control procedures, including version control and access permissions. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their documentation needs and ensure consistency across the organization. Effective communication with colleagues, providing training and support on documentation procedures, will be essential. You will also play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all documents, ensuring that sensitive information is protected and accessed only by authorized personnel. Participation in internal audits and external regulatory inspections is expected. Qualifications: - Graduation (Any) - Basic Excel skills - Data entry operator, back office executive, front office, computer operator can also apply If you are interested in this role, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis during day shift or morning shift at the company's physical location.
