As a Document Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create, revise, and store various documents, such as technical manuals, user guides, internal procedures, and regulatory documents. You will be expected to maintain a structured system for document storage and retrieval, ensuring easy access for authorized personnel. Implementing and maintaining document control procedures, including version control and access permissions, will be crucial to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Participation in internal audits and external regulatory inspections is expected.
