📍 Location: Andheri (Chakala)

📈 Experience: 2-3 years

💼 CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA

👩‍💻 Position Overview

We are looking for an immediate joiner who has experience in handling documentation related to USD remittances and managing bank entries accurately.

📝 Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain all documentation related to USD remittances, including invoices, payment receipts, bank advices, and SWIFT messages.
2. Ensure compliance with foreign exchange and banking regulations for international payments.
3. Accurately record and reconcile all bank transactions in the accounting system, including payments, receipts, and transfers.
4. Liaise with banks, vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to remittances and bank entries.
5. Assist in monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolving any unmatched entries.
6. Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records related to foreign currency transactions.
7. Help improve processes related to remittance documentation and bank transaction recording for efficiency and accuracy.

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in handling USD remittance documentation and bank entries, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
2. Strong understanding of foreign exchange procedures and banking operations.
3. Good knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
6. Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant tools.
