What You'll Accomplish

Perform Life-Changing Procedures: Conduct FUE, FUT, and advanced hair transplant techniques using our FDA-approved equipment and modern operation theatres

Patient-Centered Care: Provide comprehensive consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes from consultation to recovery

Clinical Excellence: Execute precise follicle extraction and implantation procedures while maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards

Required Qualifications

Essential Education & Credentials:

MBBS with MD in Dermatology OR

MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery OR

MBBS (Fresh graduates welcome to apply) 0r

Valid medical license to practice in Maharashtra

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of hair transplant experience (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional fresh graduates)

Demonstrated understanding of hair restoration surgical techniques

Experience with patient consultation and treatment planning

Core Competencies:

Strong foundation in dermatological principles and surgical techniques

Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision for microscopic work

Patient communication skills with empathetic bedside manner

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Skills & Experience

Prior experience with FUE/FUT techniques and hair transplant equipment

Understanding of different hair types, density calculations, and graft planning

Experience with post-operative care and patient follow-up protocols

Knowledge of aesthetic principles for natural hairline design

Familiarity with modern hair restoration technologies and tools
