Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
