Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance overall customer experience. Train and guide junior staff members on customer service best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure customer service effectiveness. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
