District Manager

As a District Manager in the COCO Division at Bata India Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of company-owned, company-operated stores within the assigned district. Collaborating with senior management, you will also contribute to strategic planning, performance reporting, and proposing initiatives to enhance store performance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in retail management and a proven track record of achieving sales, operational, and financial targets. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with a customer-centric approach and proficiency in retail analytics and ERP systems.
