Job Description

We are looking for a Dispatch Manager to join our dynamic team in the apparel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking in-house inventory, coordinating with domestic buyers and online platforms, uploading inventory data, monitoring new orders, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatches. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with knowledge of inventory management software, SRM portal, and Impetus software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage in-house inventory of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Upload and update inventory details across all assigned online platforms and internal systems.
  • Monitor and track new orders received from domestic buyers and e-commerce partners.
  • Plan and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory reports, highlighting shortages, surpluses, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure all dispatch-related paperwork, invoices, and delivery notes are correctly prepared and filed.
  • Manage entries and updates in SRM Portal and Impetus software.
  • Liaise with couriers and transporters for shipment coordination and issue resolution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in dispatch operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or inventory management (preferably in the apparel or manufacturing sector).
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software, SRM portal, and Impetus software.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: As per industry standards / Based on experience
