We are looking for a Dispatch Manager to join our dynamic team in the apparel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking in-house inventory, coordinating with domestic buyers and online platforms, uploading inventory data, monitoring new orders, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatches. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with knowledge of inventory management software, SRM portal, and Impetus software . Key Responsibilities: Track and manage in-house inventory of finished goods and raw materials. Upload and update inventory details across all assigned online platforms and internal systems. Monitor and track new orders received from domestic buyers and e-commerce partners. Plan and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to streamline operations. Maintain and reconcile inventory reports , highlighting shortages, surpluses, and discrepancies. Ensure all dispatch-related paperwork, invoices, and delivery notes are correctly prepared and filed. Manage entries and updates in SRM Portal and Impetus software . Liaise with couriers and transporters for shipment coordination and issue resolution. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in dispatch operations. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field . 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or inventory management (preferably in the apparel or manufacturing sector ). Working knowledge of inventory management software, SRM portal, and Impetus software . Strong data management and analytical skills . Excellent communication and coordination skills . Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
