Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: B-60, Noida Sector 65


Job Summary:

Dispatch Executive


Key Responsibilities:

1. Dispatch Management

  • Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely dispatch of ready garments.
  • Verify correct quantities, sizes, and styles are packed as per buyer requirements.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and shipping documentation for each dispatch.
  • Schedule pickups with logistics partners and courier agencies.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with buyer instructions and international shipping regulations.

2. Ready Garments Inventory

  • Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods using internal systems.
  • Tag and organize garments by order number, size, and style for easy identification.
  • Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
  • Share inventory status with senior management, highlighting slow-moving or excess stock.
  • Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for dispatches.

3. Claim Filing & Resolution

  • Record customer complaints related to delivery delays, product shortages, or damages.
  • Collaborate with QC, production, and packing teams to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Prepare claim reports with photographic evidence and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely claim closures.
  • Recommend and implement corrective measures to avoid recurring issues.

4. Courier & Return Logistics

  • Manage both outbound and return shipments via courier partners.
  • Monitor courier performance on delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and damage/loss cases.
  • Coordinate with customers for return pickups and ensure timely inward processing.
  • Maintain tracking records and update clients with real-time delivery status.
  • Resolve courier-related issues, including delays and lost shipments.

5. E-Commerce Integration (Preferred)

  • Work with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce to process online orders.
  • Sync dispatch data and inventory updates with e-commerce systems.
  • Assist in order fulfillment coordination for B2C dispatches alongside export shipments.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch and inventory roles within a garments export house.
  • Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and courier logistics.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on timely execution.
