Role Description

Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate loading and unloading activities on the shop floor

• Ensure accurate dispatch of finished goods as per schedule

• Prepare dispatch bills and records using Tally and MS Excel

• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams

• Maintain dispatch documentation and daily records

• Support smooth and timely movement of goods

• Flexible working hours based on dispatch requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate or relevant qualification (preferred, not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply
